One day each fall and spring, classes are not scheduled so students may fulfill their obligation to participate in the testing. The Assessment Day results are used for the accrediting process for USI.?Faculty members may also use the results to make curriculum changes.?Students will receive notification by letter and by email of testing time and location.
All students who received an email from the Office of Planning, Research & Assessment regarding Assessment Day are required to attend. No classes are scheduled so that students?can participate in testing and Colleges and Departments can work on Assessment-related activities.
If a student is absent, a priority registration hold will be placed on their account. Students with holds will be allowed to register during open registration (11/16/2019).?No holds will be removed after 9/24/2019.

In spring semesters, Seniors with specific majors will be taking a Major Field Test (MFT) on the last Tuesday in April.

The University of Southern Indiana currently uses the ETS Proficiency Profile赚钱微信提现的消消乐 abbreviated form. The Proficiency Profile assesses the four core skill areas (critical thinking, reading, writing, and mathematics) to measure the effectiveness of USI's general education program.?
The Major Field Test赚钱微信提现的消消乐?(Spring) is given to seniors with the following majors:
- Business: Graduate (Remote Proctor)
- Business: Undergraduate (enrolled in MNGT 452)
- Criminal Justice Studies
- Political Science
